Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and presentations for clients.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client relationships.
- Create detailed drawings, renderings, and material specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and V-Ray.
- Strong portfolio of completed high-end projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Project Manager - Interiors

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with design teams, site supervisors, and clients.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.
- Manage procurement of materials and vendor negotiations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in interior fit-outs.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
3D Visualizer / Artist
ContractCreate stunning, photorealistic 3D renderings and walkthroughs that bring our design concepts to life for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Model and render interior spaces with high detail.
- Work from AutoCAD drawings and design briefs.
- Create virtual reality (VR) experiences for key projects.
- Stay updated with the latest rendering technologies.
Qualifications:
- Expert level in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience with Unreal Engine or other real-time rendering is a plus.
- A strong portfolio showcasing photorealistic interior renders.
- Ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
Site Supervisor
Full-timeManage on-site execution, ensuring work quality, safety, and adherence to the design plans and timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day activities of workers and subcontractors.
- Read and interpret design drawings to ensure accurate execution.
- Manage material inventory and on-site logistics.
- Conduct regular quality checks and report progress to the Project Manager.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a supervisor for interior projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of interior works (civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry).
- Ability to manage a team and handle on-site challenges.
