3.2. Service Payments

Our payment structure requires a 50% non-refundable advance to begin work, 40% at a specified mid-project milestone, and the final 10% upon completion, before handover.

3.3. Service Cancellation & Termination

Clients may cancel a project in writing. The 50% advance is non-refundable if cancelled after design work has commenced. We reserve the right to terminate an agreement if the client breaches the terms or fails to make payments. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

3.4. Service Warranty

We provide a warranty on workmanship as defined in the Project Agreement. This warranty is separate from product warranties.

4. Terms for Online Product Sales
